Buy to let – Property investment finance is suitable for clients looking to purchase or refinance residential investment properties for long-term rental yield and capital gain. This includes personal, limited company propositions and portfolio’s to be transferred into a limited company.
Residential regulated transactions – regulated transactions for home owners, first time buyers and home movers. We also offer regulated bridging as chain breakers or if a property has been purchased at auction and currently uninhabitable. Paul also offers self build finance.
